2012 LKW officials have already met with Kenyan PM Hon Raila Odinga and VP Hon Kalonzo Musyoka separately mid this year to broker a deal.
Raila received an honorary degree from the LKW Uni, while working on opening a campus in Kenya.

SOME OF LKW's DEMANDS BEFORE THEY OPEN A CAMPUS IN KENYA:
1: Have corporate tax exclusion.
2: Bring their own expertise / manpower ( incompetent lecturers to run the university)
3: Senior management will mostly come from Malaysia as LKW does not trust Africans yet he is investing in the country.
4: Kenyan government to provide scholarships for the first students to join the university.
5: LKW to import tax free office furniture, few fancy computers, lots of marketing banners and announced that he is ready to start a university.
6: Control salary structure for its employees and not follow the Ministry of Labor guidelines.
7: Rent a building most probably in Westlands and turn it into a university.
This list of demands is long. But you would be an idiot to accept any of the above.
This is why LUCT never establish campus in Kenya.
