LUCT CULT The President and Founder of the Uni, Tan Sri L. Kok W. has been accused of racism and encouraging toxic behavior among the management and faculty members at the Uni in Malaysia. Former staff members and students have described incidents where the President himself had demanded that dark-skinned students should not be present at LUCT education fairs. ​ It has also been highlighted that a culture of racism pervades the uni with other staff members openly insisting that black and dark-skinned students be excluded from performances and events, citing a preference for "blonde, blue eyes, and gray eyes". Numerous others have alleged that black staff members and students were not allowed to appear in marketing photos, thus corroborating allegations of racism at the university. Many students have taken to social media to share disturbing accounts of experiencing verbal abuse and sexual harassment following these episodes. LUCT Yemen After 2 years in Yemen, the campus was shutdown due to the war situation. Unfortunately, nobody graduated from that branch. LKW Yemen never received accreditation from the local ministry of higher education. LUCT Colombo, Sri Lanka This is not a branch campus, NIBM is a company/ learning center that offers short-terms courses of foreign institutions like LKW. Quick research about LKW in Sri Lanka and found this review by one of the students (translated from Sinhala) ​ This University offers design degrees from LKW university of creative technology, Malaysia. At first the programme office will show how wonderful it is to join the university offering all sort of facilities etc. They showed that they offer free labs to work on ur assignments, a cafeteria with space to hang around, eat and work, a pool, a gym, a big library and many more. But the truth that these facilities are pretty low. They tend to take 3 batches per year that has made the 7 story building run out of space and now its pack with students that are unable to even breath freely. The cafeteria is always packed with students, with in the common break time that the students need to stand around to get a table to eat or sit, the canteen is super expensive with cheap food and u don't even gave space to even walk around. The free coffee machine was removed for students. 1 elevator for more than 300 students. That so many students have to climb 5 or 6 floors or wait 30 mins for the elevator. The industry doesn't know that NIBM offers degrees like these that when you are trying to apply for a job they look very shocked and ask "Oh, they offer a degree like that. Never knew." The programme office will say that they will give u jobs to train but its yourself that need to find a trainee job with zero guidance. They won't even tend to call the industrial places and say something. Their guidance is zero but they tend to make a fuss with industrial places that the industry say that they will never accept the students from NIBM ever. Very humiliating to face a interview and try to explain them that there is a degree like this offered here. There is no offer letter Given by the NIBM saying that you are a student at NIBM, only the ID card which most of them doesn't have & going to interviews with no Student recognition letter, its very hard to prove u have studied ur specific course there. The library is very small that most of the time they don't allow us to use it. u have to beg the programme office director to open any lab. They won't open the labs for 1 student to do their assignments but will say to bring at least 10 more students to the lab. The laptops and the desktops are mostly broken and unable to use. Even after complaint they will take weeks to repair the desktops or laptop. The fashion students have 1 lab that everyone has to use it to design, to sew and to work. Most of the sewing machines are broken and not repaired. The architecture students have no lab at all to work in or to keep their projects. They find it very hard to use some space in the university for their projects. The programme office takes no responsibility on the assignments of the students. They blame the student or the lecturer that they have lost it but the truth they have lost it. They don't know how to store it properly and doesn't have one place to store it. If you repeat an assignment you will have to do it again as they lose it and never give it to the specific lecturer. Most of the students assignments are lost on the time of the moderation, where lkw comes and do it. The moderation for 2 or 3 semesters are done by 1 day that the students feel very unfair as they have worked hard and its checked from the top and marks are finalized. The 1st batches haven't even received their finalized scores of their 1st year semesters. Most of the good lecturers has left the university as the programme office interferes with the course module or the NIBM doesn't pay their salary properly. They are very valuable as they tend to give their best for their students to learn things but sadly we have lost them. The programme office interferes with students and lecturers life, controlled & spied on. Very toxic environment. Won't recommend this as its all abt MONEY! They take the semester payment in time and NIC doesn't tend to work in a creative artistic free way. This university mostly works for business, to take money and offer absolutely nothing. No scholarships are offered and the student loan is fake. False hope on the dreamy degree. Won't recommend!! ​ .

Raila honorary degree Please visit link on PC web browser SOME OF LKW's DEMANDS BEFORE THEY OPEN A CAMPUS IN KENYA: ​ 1: Have corporate tax exclusion. 2: Bring their own expertise / manpower ( incompetent lecturers to run the university) 3: Senior management will mostly come from Malaysia as LKW does not trust Africans yet he is investing in the country. 4: Kenyan government to provide scholarships for the first students to join the university. 5: LKW to import tax free office furniture, few fancy computers, lots of marketing banners and announced that he is ready to start a university. 6: Control salary structure for its employees and not follow the Ministry of Labor guidelines. 7: Rent a building most probably in Westlands and turn it into a university. ​ This list of demands is long. But you would be an idiot to accept any of the above. ​ This is why LUCT never establish campus in Kenya. ​ ​ ​ .
